But I still have two live kittens and the mom. The boy, Pratchett, is doing good. He had great lungs and he uses them. The girl, Fforde, is huge and loves napping and eating. She still has gummy eyes but I’m cleaning those off every few hours plus she gets eye drops twice a day. Giving eye drops to a screaming kitten while the mom cat panics is not fun.

Anyway I got distracted from the mystery box competition. For good if sad reasons. So long story short, too late, there are three winners! Who get slightly smaller boxes and they will be sent by Sat. BUT STILL. Also…about to contact them and if by some horrible tragedy any do not want/slash respond in timely manner. New random number will be chosen.

….and since this has turned into a super long note. I haven’t written anything since last Friday before the kittens got sick. But I’m going to try tonight.

Anyway. I’m still really sad, but I didn’t do anything stupid, and I’ve stopped sobbing every few seconds. I did the everything I could for the kittens, and they’re not suffering any more, so I’m ok.

Lost Christie. 

Three kittens in two days. I couldn’t do anything. I tried my best and I know that, they just stopped breathing. But I feel like a failure.

The last two kittens are growing and doing good. 

Lovecraft died in my hands as I was trying to feed him. 

I’m still sobbing and it hurts a lot. I’ve already taken care of his siblings, cleaned them up and now they’re all nursing.

But he was my favorite.
